Our room at Trinco Lagoon had excellent facilities including a fridge to keep drinks cool. The air conditioner was great for the hot weather and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed a hot shower after a long day of exploring. The location was convenient and the owner was very helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time on the dolphin cruise arranged by the hotel. Although the approach to the dolphins was not ideal, we still managed to see some dolphins, which was a memorable experience. However, I would recommend the hotel to provide a warning about the dolphin excursion instead of promoting it. The parking slot offered by the hotel was very convenient. The hotel itself was excellent, with a nice lake view. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were caring and friendly, going out of their way to help. The food was of good quality, and the owner of the hotel was very accommodating. The hotel provided a safe environment with friendly security staff. We recently stayed at a hotel in Trincomalee, and we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, as it was right in front of a beautiful lagoon and only a short distance from Uppuveli beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a lovely view. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast each morning was decent, and the hotel had great facilities such as a refrigerator and TV in the room. it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms at Trinco Lagoon are so cozy and comfortable. I loved walking in and feeling the cool air from the air conditioning. The flat-screen TV was great for chilling out after a long day of exploring. And there's nothing like a hot shower with free toiletries to refresh yourself. The private entrance made me feel like I had my own little oasis.

Though the room had everything I needed, I personally didn't use the electric kettle. But hey, that's just me.
